How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days (up to 20 depending on location). You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
My dog has surgery scheduled — when should I order?
Please order at least three weeks ahead. Our recovery gear ships from overseas, and we'd rather you have it early than be waiting on it the week of the procedure.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@elevatesupplyhouse.shop. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@elevatesupplyhouse.shop with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please contact us before shipping anything back — returns sent without an approved request can't be accepted. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right — no return needed in that case.
Products & Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart based on your dog's measurements. When your dog is between sizes, size up.
Can I wash these?
Yes. The sleeves and straps are machine washable — rinse or hand wash and air dry. The recovery collar unzips so you can remove the inner bladder and wash the cover.
Are these products a replacement for veterinary care?
No. Our products are designed to support your dog's comfort and mobility alongside your vet's guidance — not to diagnose, treat, or replace professional veterinary care. If your dog has a diagnosed injury, follow your vet's treatment plan.
